Information you provide

HydroColocate, a project led by Mikael Kattan, receives the information you enter in the inquiry form: your name, email, organization, message and any optional data center requirements, plant or transaction details. We use it to evaluate and respond to the inquiry and manage a potential business relationship.

Storage and access

Inquiries submitted through this website are stored in Wix Forms and are accessible to authorized site administrators. Wix processes information to operate the forms, protect against spam and support contact management. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for advertising.

Website operation

Wix uses a visitor identifier stored in your browser to provide the forms. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process routine access and security logs. This website does not use advertising trackers.

Retention and your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing mikaelkattan@gmail.com. Inquiry details are retained as needed to evaluate and respond to your request and manage any resulting relationship, subject to applicable requirements.

Confidential information

Do not send dam-security details, drawings, credentials or other sensitive information through the public form. An NDA request is not an executed NDA. Any later data-room access should be arranged separately.

External services

The site links to agency and industry resources that have their own privacy policies. Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the network information necessary to serve them. Site administration is provided through Wix and uses its authentication services.
