01 / THE MODEL

Usable power.
A credible approval path.

We help AI cloud and GPU infrastructure operators evaluate hydroelectric power for their next deployment.

Our proposed model pairs partner-operated data centers with a dependable generation block, behind-the-meter electrical infrastructure, closed-loop cooling and a documented approval path. Surplus output continues to the grid.

Now sourcing sites. We are identifying operating plants across the continental U.S. No site or power capacity is currently available for contract. Your load, cooling and connectivity requirements will guide the search.

02 / DESIGNED AROUND THE RESOURCE

Start with the dam.
Match the load to the resource.

Generation records guide the deployment. We evaluate seasonal flows, maintenance patterns and existing power commitments before selecting the on-site load.

03 / REGULATION FIRST

The opportunity starts
with a credible approval path.

Supplying power to an on-site data center raises regulatory questions. We work through them before a site is offered.

WHY NOW / OCTOBER 2026

FERC’s large-load proceedings are reshaping the questions that generation-connected data centers must address. The rules remain in development.

04 / WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Operating assets.
Room for a new use.

Our focus is existing hydroelectric plants in the continental U.S. with year-round generation, units maintained in sequence, an existing grid connection, reachable fiber and space for facilities above flood exposure.

05 / AI FOR AI

Better screening.
More informed decisions.

We are developing an AI-assisted process to find and qualify hydro sites for data center partners.

AI helps organize generation records, compare a site with partner requirements and flag gaps in cooling, fiber and approval evidence. The aim is faster, more focused site qualification. Engineers and counsel make the technical and legal determinations.
